Phoenix Managed Networks, LLC has been awarded a multi-year agreement by Atlantic-Pacific Processing Systems, Inc. (APPS) to provide secure payment gateway and virtual terminal services to APPS and its customers.

Under the terms of the agreement, Phoenix Managed Networks will provide a hosted payment gateway solution, and transaction delivery services to a variety of processors utilizing Phoenix Managed Networks’ PCI-certified encrypted network.The Phoenix SmartPayments Gateway supports all payment types from a variety of dial, IP, and wireless terminals. Additionally, Phoenix will provide a full suite of E-Commerce and CNP processing options to help expand APPS’ internet payments product offering.

Phoenix Managed Networks, formerly HBNet, operates the only fully encrypted payment network in North America and Europe, providing transaction communications services to financial institutions, payment acquirers, ISO’s and merchants in the United States, Canada, Europe and the Caribbean. Phoenix is also providing APPS and its customers with value-added capabilities including, risk management, card security and management information and reporting.
